This OSHA 10 Hour: Construction Industry Outreach Training Online (UL) course is designed to equip you with essential knowledge on worker rights, employer responsibilities, and effective hazard identification, abatement, avoidance, and prevention techniques. While the program covers many crucial safety topics, we recognize the importance of additional site-specific information and hands-on skill demonstrations to ensure your safety and meet OSHA standards' training requirements.
Many jurisdictions, employers, and unions making it a mandatory requirement. However, it remains voluntary at the U.S. federal level. Upon successful completion of the program, each student will be awarded a completion card by the U.S. Department of Labor, validating your accomplishment in mastering workplace safety.
Please note that OSHA Outreach Training is exclusively available to trainees within the geographic jurisdiction of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, ensuring the content's relevance and applicability to your specific location.
Trainees outside this jurisdiction will not receive cards for course completion. This 10-Hour program is primarily intended for entry-level workers. The program will take longer than 10 hours.
Upon successfully finishing the UL Solutions OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Training, students will attain the following benefits:
We advise trainees to expect to receive their OSHA card in the mail in 6-8 weeks after course completion. If we are notified within 90 days of course completion that a card wasn't received, a replacement card can be requested (at no additional charge). Any card that is requested 90 days or more after course completion becomes a replacement card request, and there is a $50 fee associated. Support will verify we have a completion record for the trainee and confirm they are eligible to receive the replacement. If so, they must complete a replacement card form. All reissued and replacement cards are shipped vs. mailed, and a (Fedex) tracking link will be provided.
Upon taking this Actively Proctored OSHA 10- or 30-Hour suite, you will be required to activate the Voice Authentication System. Refer to the following steps when activating your voice security:
OSHA's policy limits all OSHA Outreach Training (classroom and online) to a maximum of 7.5 hours of training per day in all OSHA 10 and 30 Hour courses. As a result, all 10 Hour courses must be delivered over a minimum of two days.
OSHA has also issued a new policy of Program Jurisdiction Restrictions. Outreach Training Programs are now limited to OSHA jurisdiction only. Student course completion cards can only be issued to students within U.S. jurisdiction (the 50 States and certain U.S. Territories).
Students have 12 months to start a class once registered; otherwise, the registration will expire. NO EXCEPTIONS
Students have 180 days to complete the training from the time they enroll in the course. When a course EXPIRES, the student will no longer have access to the course and any course progress will be lost. There can be no extensions for the OSHA Outreach titles. NO EXCEPTIONS
If a student fails an OSHA 10 or 30 hour online quiz or the final exam, we allow a single free reset for all learners.
Eligibility for a free reset is granted if the student fails either a quiz or the final exam, but not both. The course is locked when a student fails a section and will not allow them to continue with the course. If the student fails any section and has not used their one free reset, please contact our customer service team and we will reset the course.
If a student is unable to complete their course due to either the OSHA 6-month regulation or the 1-year access period, no-reset or additional free access will be granted.
Reset Consequences
If a free reset is issued, the student's entire progress historically will be lost. The student will be required to restart the course from the very beginning.
Refunds must be sent in writing to moc.detimilnuytefas@nullofni within thirty (30) business days of purchase if no more than 25% of the course has been completed.
Following the completion of all training content and achievement of passing scores on all exams, students will need to complete a brief evaluation and confirm his/her identity. After doing so, the student will have access to the course completion certificate.
Students must satisfy all OSHA requirements prior to receiving the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry wallet card:
