Safety Unlimited, Inc. is dedicated to implementing and sustaining compliance measures through its Self-Monitoring Procedures in accordance with the California Code of Regulations, Division 7.5, Article I, Chapter 3, Section 71760. These measures support ongoing compliance with the requirements established by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). As regulatory and statutory requirements issued by the State of California and BPPE are subject to periodic updates, Safety Unlimited, Inc. must be informed in a timely manner of any new or revised compliance obligations.
Where appropriate, information provided by the BPPE concerning intention to amend or issue new regulations changes and other relevant information from Advisory Committee meetings are distributed to appropriate administrative staff. Where applicable, staff are encouraged to attend BPPE workshops. Annual report and school performance fact sheets and other reporting required by the BPPE are discussed by the staff and shared with the Board of Trustees. Safety Unlimited, Inc. posts School Performance Fact Sheets and Annual Reports as required by BPPE.
