Our HAZWOPER training meets the training requirements for workers in the state of New Mexico, though additional training may be warranted to meet the requirements of state-specific regulations.
This includes but is not limited to the OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, 24 Hour HAZWOPER, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, and the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training.
New Mexico has a Federally approved occupational safety and health plan. All state programs must, at the least, meet the baseline requirements for safety and health provided by Federal OSHA safety regulations.
The New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau (OHSB) HAZWOPER regulations mirror Federal OSHA regulations with state-specific standards for public sector firefighting, convenience stores, field-sanitation, and short-handled hoes.
