Our HAZWOPER training meets the training requirements for workers in the state of Minnesota, though additional training may be warranted to meet the requirements of state-specific regulations.
This includes but is not limited to the OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, 24 Hour HAZWOPER, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, and the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training.
Minnesota has a Federally approved occupational safety and health plan. All state programs must, at the least, meet the baseline requirements for safety and health provided by Federal OSHA safety regulations.
The Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MNOSHA) HAZWOPER regulations mirror Federal regulations with some state-specific regulations.
