Our HAZWOPER training meets the training requirements for workers in the state of Arizona, though additional training may be warranted to meet the requirements of state-specific regulations.
This includes but is not limited to the OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, 24 Hour HAZWOPER, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, and the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training.
Arizona has a Federally approved occupational safety and health plan. All state programs must, at the least, meet the baseline requirements for safety and health provided by Federal OSHA safety regulations.
The Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) HAZWOPER regulations mirror Federal regulations, though there are some requirements unique to Arizona, such as prohibiting the use of short-handled hoes in agricultural work and the use of PVC pipe to transport compressed gases, including air.
Those employers not covered by ADOSH are overseen by Federal agencies.
