This OSHA 10 Hour Maritime 7615 - Shipyard Employment Course meets the requirements of NAVSEA Regulation 009-74. Sections 3.21 and 3.21.1
This training is conducted on two separate days per OSHA training guidelines.
These training topics are for open-enrollment training, for site specific, or company specific training some of these topics can be changed to meet site, or company training needs.
After successfully completing this training, students will receive a downloadable certificate of completion (within 24 hours) and will be mailed a Department of Labor (DOL) course completion card (allow 3-4 weeks for card delivery).

ENROLL NOWThe OSHA Outreach Training Program is intended for workers covered under the OSH Act. The Occupational Safety and Health Act covers private-sector employers and their employees in the 50 states and certain territories and jurisdictions under federal authority. For this reason, OSHA Outreach Training Program classes must be limited to training conducted within OSHA's jurisdiction.
While the OSHA Outreach Training Program course is voluntary and does not meet the training requirements contained in any OSHA standard, some states and local jurisdictions have enacted laws mandating outreach training. Additionally, some employers, unions, and various other jurisdictions also require workers to have this training to work on job sites and to fulfill their own safety training goals.

This training will take a minimum of 10 hours to complete, and is limited by OSHA to a maximum of 7 1/2 hours of training per day. Our standard 2-day delivery format will be 7 hours of training on the first day and 3 hours of training on the second day.
Our instructors are only authorized for classroom delivery of this training. Classroom training is offered both through open enrollment or by employers hosting their own on-site training.
You can request a quote for on-site training conducted at your location. Training topics can be customized within the procedures set forth by OSHA .
Our trainers are authorized by OSHA to conduct this training and students receive DOL issued student course completion cards. The OSHA Outreach Training Program is not a certification program. Outreach Training Program trainers, students, and curriculum are not certified. OSHA never approves trainers or classes.

Course completion cards expire in five years from date of issue. To retain a valid 10 Hour card, students are required to retake the OSHA 10 Hour Maritime training.
