Our HAZWOPER training meets the training requirements for workers in the state of Oregon, though additional training may be warranted to meet the requirements of state-specific regulations.
This includes but is not limited to the OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, 24 Hour HAZWOPER, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, and the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training.
Oregon has a Federally approved occupational safety and health program. All state programs must, at the least, meet the baseline requirements for safety and health provided by Federal OSHA safety regulations.
The Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (OROSHA) HAZWOPER regulations mirror Federal OSHA regulations with a number of state-specific regulations.

This is a 5-day, 40-hour, OSHA compliant HAZWOPER classroom training session that meets the initial training requirements for the Federal OSHA HAZWOPER Standard. The objectives of this course are to meet the Federal OSHA HAZWOPER training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(i) for general industry, and 29 CFR 1926.65(e)(3)(i) for construction.

This is a 24 hour classroom training session for handling hazardous waste that meets the training requirements for OSHA HAZWOPER for TSDF's under section (p) and EPA RCRA requirements for 40 CFR 264.16 and 265.16.
RCRA training helps to protect employees, prevent spills, and avoid costly EPA penalties as they carry out tasks involving hazardous waste. This training informs employees of EPA standards (found in 40 CFR Part 262) that address on-site accumulations of hazardous waste through manifest tracking, labeling, record keeping and reporting requirements, and OSHA standards (found in 29 CFR 1910.120 (p)(7)) that address employee safety.

This CSTI Certified First Responder Operations Decontamination (FRO-Decon) is course is designed to train First Responder Operations level personnel to perform technical decontamination in support of a Hazardous Materials Team during a response to a hazardous materials incident. This course is 50% classroom and 50% hands on. Students are encouraged to bring their own SCBA to the training but this is not mandatory.

This 8 Hour First Responder Operations (FRO) Hazmat Level II (Non-CSTI Cal/OSHA Classroom Version) course is intended for firefighters, police officers, ambulance personnel, government employees, military personnel, and private industry emergency responders.
This is a classroom session for the OSHA Hazardous First Responder Awareness (FRA) course that issues an OSHA HAZWOPER certificate.
